Here's what to expect when working with iCAT Media Inc:

• We will give you a firm quote - and stick to it! Even if it takes more hours than our estimate we won't charge you for extra time (based on our original written quote).
  
• We will create up to three (3) different designs for your site based on your input, and then tweak the one you like best.
  
• We will tweak your design up to five (5) times in order to completely satisfy you.
  
• We will communicate with you on a regular basis to tell you the status of the project and solicit your input.
  
• If you use our Content Management System, we will provide full training and three (3) months of free tech support to ensure you are comfortable with the system.
  
• We will recommend other service providers if we can't meet your specific needs.
  
• Within the scope of our written quote, we guarantee satisfaction or the balance of the contract will be waived*.

Here's what we will ask of you, in order to maximize your design dollars:

• We will ask you for guidance: examples of web sites you like, or other designs that inspire you.
  
• We will ask you right up front to commit to a budget - only then can we give you a quote that will maximize your design dollars
  
• We will ask you for an approximate timeline. Please be aware that the amount of time a project will take cannot be guaranteed.
  
• We will ask you to communicate with us in a timely manner, and to put any requests to us in writing (via email) for clarity.
  
• If you decide to add additional features or attributes to your site after our quote has been accepted by you, please note that we will need to requote the project, adding additional time and cost.

(*Please note - we require a 50% non-refundable deposit, which covers the work done up to the point of design approval. If we cannot create an approvable design, the balance of the quote will be waived and you will be under no further obligation. All work done up to that date will remain the property of iCAT Media Inc.)
